El Decreto 61/2021, de 8 de abril, por el que se regula el informe de evaluación de los edificios y se crea el Registro Gallego de Informes de Evaluación de los Edificios, en vigor desde el 20 de mayo de 2021, pretende regular el informe de evaluación de edificios como instrumento que acredita la situación en que se encuentra un edificio, regulado en el capítulo II del título preliminar de la Ley 1/2019, de 22 de abril, de rehabilitación y regeneración y renovación urbanas de Galicia.

paloma carceller, a kelarquitectos former intern has been selected to develop her professional carreer at pascall+watson in london,
pascall+watson is an award-winning international design practice with offices in the UK, Ireland and the middle east. they are leaders in the field of transportation design, in particular airport terminal facilities and rail stations. the practice covers a broad cross-section of building typologies including higher education, workplace, commercial, hospitality and leisure.

kelarquitectos is delighted to share the news that architect andrea vazquez costas was selectioned to realize her professional practices at norman foster london granted with the arquia foundation 2017 scholarship.
the act was headed by pritzer price eduardo souto de moura in prado media lab madrid, on october 19th, 2017.
Andrea has worked in kelarquitectos, first as an intern during her studies and after her degree, as a profesional collaborator in several projects and competitions.
